Tasting Notes
Aromas of ripe pomegranate and red berries are layered with warming notes of allspice, bay leaf and anise. Rich and characterful, with a savoury, gently spiced finish.

Best served with: grilled and roasted meats, lamb, charcuterie, and mature or hard cheeses.

Serve at: 16–18°C.
